Quality Policy Statement:

The Laboratory is committed to provide prompt, traceable and high level of Quality calibration services, as per the regulatory requirements (ISO/IEC 17025:2017), for test and measuring instruments. 

The Laboratory shall ensure total customer satisfaction by maintaining independence, impartiality and consistent in its operations, through continual improvement of all our processes, and the complete effectiveness of Quality Management System.

All personnel are competent concerned with calibration, within the laboratory made to familiarize themselves, with the Quality documentation, and implement the policies and procedures of the management system and implement the same in their work."

 

Quality Objectives:

  1. To ensure all requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 are complied with and communicated to all Laboratory personnel.
  2. To make sure there is a continuous improvement in the knowledge, competence and skill and overall development of individuals.
  3. To achieve minimal customer complaints and non conformities during audits.
  4. To evaluate the laboratory through internal audits and QC checks and Inter Lab Comparison, Proficiency Testing on a continual basis.
  5. On time Calibration Certificate delivery.
  6. Maintaining Accreditation as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard.
